j100
Help, the lineweights are fine when on the "preview" setting, but when printing them to PDF some appear extremely thick while other ones appear fine. What do I do?? Thanks
GhostRider
hmm... not sure it could be many things, 2 that come to mind to check are the lineweights of the heavy printed objects and the pen assignments in the plot style table editor.. j100
yeah i already did all that, i mean the text that comes out thick and the text that comes out thin and the way it's supposed to are on the same layer...and therefore the printing properties are the same...which is what doesn't make sense... GhostRider
are they the same color also ? the pen settings are by color usually, or that's the way I have it set up...

mugshot
we are using acrobat 6.0 and print it on .pdf(monochrome) and it goes out just the same, since one of our office pc is installed with acrobat 5.0, all the lineweight and text goes funky, try setting the option of your acrobat(latest version) or use acrobat 6.
mugshot
one more... try setting up the lineweight on the cad. try to separate layers on each purpose, seldom use DEFAULT lineweight on layers ok.

Jimmeh
I am having this same trouble, and i have tried all the same! When you print from the PDF, it still shows the thick lineweights!
wannabe
Try printing as an image from the advanced options.
