    Hi All

Please find attached a drawing that I am trying to fillet with a 2mm radius on the outside edge. Unfortunately, I keep getting the unable to fillet message. Any ideas?

I'd say that a 2mm radius is too large for the object, the walls are only 2mm thick, I had no trouble with a .5 or 1 mm fillet
So many commands, so little time....

Thanks for the reply. Yes 1mm worked fine. Can't work out the maths to find out why 2mm won't work though.

I don't know the technical explanation for why a 2mm won't work other than it's too big of a radius. the edge of the fillet would be past the edge if the object.... hopefully someone can give us a more technical explanation..

...i dont know the idea but in your case it seems that the fillet adjacent lines is not equal to the radius u like to use.... if you are using 2 lines... e.g. 1.5 x 5.. fillet using 2Ø, there will be an error on the 1.5 side(expect) u must use a radius of >=1.5, exceeding from it, you'll end up with error or comment.
