Can you set the height & width of the Structural Beams & Structural Braces. I have the option to change the "logical length" which does exactly that. But nothing for height of width. Any Ideas??

Cheers

I just figured this out recently during a big coordination job. Go to Format > Structural Members > Wizard and follow the steps and save as W12 or whatever. Then Go to the Design pulldown > Structural Members > Add beam. Then in the properties pallette you can select the style (W12) and elevation for the beam. Hope this helps.....

I go to tool pallettes and depending on your UCS you can insert it in plan or elevation. Then I extrude it to the length I need. This may ne a combersome way to do it but until I'm taught different it'll do.
