Default Do I need a new software?

I 've been using ADT2004 and I did some rendering and walking through the building and pretty happy with the result.
Now I was asked to do some demonstration for our 3D drawn construction buildings for presentation. This is exactly I was asked for: Cut and separate par of the building and show it in detail. My question is:
    1. Do I need an extra software to achieve the best result or ADT would be enough.
2.How about AccuRender would it be any extra help for this project.
    3. And is there any site that I could review such a building and get ideas for my project.
Thank you so much guys for any help

I just recently downloaded the Sketchup trial version and I have to say that I am very impressed. So much so that I hope to introduce it into my classes next year.

It's much less complex than I expected - in some ways it's quite limited but it makes up for that in the user oriented approach it takes to working.

The site makes a point of saying that this is NOT CAD software and I guess that is right - it's for quick visualisations and 3D sketching. That it does extremely well. It has a really good and intuitive geometry engine. The face finder and snapping/apparent intersects are fantastic.

It's not perfect but you can now consider me a fan.

    Hi again,
Thanks for in-put. I tried the software and it was fantastic I am agree. But I still didn't get my answere; if I would be able use my existing software ADT2004 without purchasing any new software and get the same result (having section dwg. with some demonstration on detail for presentation dwg?) Thanks in advance.

Yes, you can do section cuts in ADT. You then use that do to the details with the detail manager. It will not be as easy but I am sure it can be done.
