Constraining Spline Length OR Using a Hose as a library part

Hey all,

Is there anyway of constraining the LENGTH of a spline in sketch? for example, if you are modeling a hose of a specific length, is there any way of ensuring that it's length doesn't change?

OR

Is there anyway to use the same Hose of specific length on different location with different routing without change in the route of original one or previous one
OR
Can we use a Hose as a Library part so that quantify the same hose in Bill of Material for different projects just like the library parts.
