Copying Viewport

:geek: hey there again, i am full of questions today!

i got some drawings which need to be copied from one template to another... i have previous created the object viewports i want to copy the viewport acorss aswell is it possible?

Yes just copy and paste as normal and make sure when you paste it into the other drawing you select the viewport and go to properties and make sure that it is on

Also make sure that the objects in the Viewport are located at the same coordinates.

 

As the above comment states: make sure you right click and turn 'display viewport objects' on. In 2007 its default is off when inserted.

 

Possibly a system variable to affect this procedure.
