I doubt you will find a tutorial specifically for modeling a building, but check the list of sites that offer free tutorials I posted in THIS thread. I've already answered this question and I've posted several links to sites that offer hundreds of 3DS Max tutorials. Just click on the link in that post. And as I said before, if you learn the basics, you will be able to model anything without the need for tutorials. Start small and work your way up.
