Constrained Orbit/Free Orbit problem

Recommended Posts

Hopefully someone may be able to help me out here.

I have tried searching for this but couldnt find anything.

For some reason, now when I click on Constrained Orbit or Free Orbit the screen automaticaly starts to move, its like I have just pressed on Continous Orbit.

Free Orbit works OK if I hold shift and use the scroll button, but I am used to using the icon so its starting to get frustrating. :x

Has anyone got any ideas why this is happening & how to stop it?

Cheers

Buzzy, the problem you described sounds very familiar to me. The Orbit keeps on moving to the base X-Y surface, no matter what you try. Have you find a solution to this problem yet? For so far, all I can think of is a complete re-install...

I realise this thread is quite old - but i was just experiencing this problem. I resolved it but hitting the arrow keys on the keyboard, it seems one of them became stuck (or autocad thought they were getting stuck).

Im sure you guys would have resolved your issue by now.

cheers.
