Noahma
He did not go into specifics, but will be soon. User Interface Walls Spaces Structural Members Project Navigator Stairs AEC Dimensions UI, um... no opinion with me yet lol Walls have been worked on for the past couple releases, not sure what else they can do to them. spaces could use improvements, but like walls they have seen quite a bit of attention the past couple releases. Structural members!!! yes, yes, yes. I could see some good possibilities for this. I for one would like to see a wood truss tool. Project Navigator might be good both Stairs and AEC dimensions really do need some improvements. This could be a good release depending on what they do. Hopefully ACA 2011 will include an improved roof and roof slab tool. hehe

Especially a truss generator.

ty_demo15
Agreed. Truss Generator, and better roof tools in general. One of the few downfalls of CAD, if this could be improved on, my complaints of ACA would dissappear!
Noahma
http://ausaca.blogspot.com/ here is a great tutorial based only on the roof object, instead of using slabs. This thing is pretty powerfull, but I do see a need for vast improvements.
salexandrow
Paul F. Aubin (author of ADT/ACA - bibles) wrote resently on his blog (paulfaubin.blogspot) "Betcha didn't know you could do that with Roofs in Adt (ACA) I have always been a fan of the Roof (not Roof Slab, the original Roof) object. I like to call it the One-piece Roof. Now, don't get me wrong, this object has been left to wither on the vine over the years and certainly can use several improvements. However, that being said, it does have some interesting possibilities that are not always easy to do with slabs. Check out this . " OK, as for me I am a roof fan too. Guess why.
