complex shapes ?

I am using acad 2000 and have drawn objects in 3d with success and pick the shap to find the mass properties. But when I follow tutorial and i try to make a complex shape by joining shape I do not have any success

does anyone have suggestion how simple shape can be joined to make complex ones

Also can anyone tell me how i can show dwg files in this text box

You can join solid objects using the UNION command - is that what you mean?

You can't post drawing files on the froum but you can post gif or jpg images using the File Manager. See this post for details.
