maceng
Hello everyone, I have used other CAD software but I am new to Inventor. I am using Inventor 2009 and trying to simulate the translational/rotational motion of a saw blade (with the teeth) on a bandsaw machine. Basically just to show it moving (illusion?). Is that possible? Any help is appreciated! Thanks
JD Mather
Zip and attach what you have so far.
maceng
Hello, I was able to create the joints (pulley-belt) and simulate it using the dynamic simulation. The next part which is really the problem I am facing is to show the teeth (currently not shown on the blade) moving in the direction of rotation. It could be in some of form of optical illusion where each blade tooth appear and disappear in a certain sequence. I cannot attach the zipped file here because its size exceeds the limit. Thank you for your help. P.S: I think you have answered my post at another forum as well.
shift1313
do you actually have the belt drawn with teeth on it?
