Mr.Alex
Hi, Can someone please tell me if you can you make a solid hatch transparent? Like in Photoshop? I've done a bit of searching around, but from what I've found it isn't possible. Is that right? Thank you, Alex
DECHAL
try typing fill and then off regards, DECHAL.
Mr.Alex
Thanks Dechal, I've tried that, but I'm a bit confused about what it does. Does that turn the fill completely off? I'm after a way to make something semi-transparent. Like a 'colour wash'. Sorry, I should have said that.
lpseifert
Solid hatches are solid, no transparency. You can use Draworder to bring objects on top of the hatch and use a color for the hatch that is screened in the Plot style table to make it appear transparent. DECHAL
If you double click the solid hatch there is a "draw order" option to bring to front or send to back. As for transparent I'm not sure! Regards, Declan.
