    yes the existing ground
in ld2004 i use to edit the existing ground very fast (extend the line or cutting small anomalies that are very hard to be corrected by the surface)
I use to do it trough a table of distances and heights for every section.
in c3d i can not do it?

Hi Ikapo, I don't think you'll be able to edit the existing ground surface in the view/edit section. You'll need to edit the surface to achieve this.
