how to do square in diameters?
no one knows???![]()
Yep.
Goto Windows Character Map (from the Windows Start Menu > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Character Map )
Select a relevant font, find a square, select copy.
Goto your Dimension Style, select the Primary Units tab, and paste into either prefix and/or suffix

^ Right. You won't get it with a %% modifier.
OP, this will depend on the font you are using. I bet none of the standard SHX fonts support that character (unless you find a modified version of the font which the character has been added to). Not sure about the TTF fonts either.

I agree with Uddfl. Insert it via the character map. If it does not show up, change the font used in the dimension style.
But how to draw it in mirrored position? I have no clue!![]()
It's nice to be nice, but sometimes is nicer to be evil!.
