Changing Layer that a Block Insert Entity is on in VBA?

Is it possable to change the attribute layer that a Block Insert is on. When the block

is exploded the attribute is on zero. When the block is inserted I think the attribute is

on layer E6. How can I change the layer name that the attributed is inserted on?

In this case E6.
