slides do not show up - AutoCAD 2010

I recently upgraded to 2010 from 2006. In 06 I had a list with a menu that showed a preview of the blocks via a **.sld file. These previews are no longer showing up like they used to. I have recrearted them with 2010 and still no luck. Any imput would be greatly appreciated.

If you're referring to an Image Tile Menu (CUI > Legacy), it's probably looking for a .slb file (Slide Library file which is created from individual .sld files).

I just realized that I had a spelling mistake on the original post. What I have a is a lisp not a list. Sorry for the confusion.
With that said...
I run the lisp and it opens a dialog box. In this dialog box I get to choose a procuct (dwg block) based on a few questions. Before inserting that product (dwg block) I used to be able to see a preview of it. This preview is an *.sld file that was originaly created with AutoCAD 2006. Now that I am on AutoCAD 2010, the preview function does not work. I have tryied creating the slide with AutoCAD 2010 and the preview still does not work.

OK. I have read all the instructions on how to create a legacy tile menu. Did that. But the slidelib does not show up. The instructions are sort of like "Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus, but here's just PART of the information you need to know about him". We used to put in $I=elecsym1 $I=* and up would come the slide library on the screen. At the end of the .mnu file we put the lisp routine Defun commands for the symbols on the screen as follows:

**elecsym1
[Select Logic Symbol]
[elecsyb(nosw)]^C^Cnopb;
and so on

How do you do this now?

I gave up on tile menus. I found that Toolpalettes are the way to go! Trust me. Talk about simple, and elegant.
