Default "File open default locatio"

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to set the "Look In" folder on the "Open Dialog" box to a specific default location other than the AutoCAD folder. I want to always open to this folder and not to the last folder/location I opened a drawing from. This folder is at the top of a file tree and I dig into this tree to open files I need therefore I do not want to have AutoCAD open to the last folder, but to the folder at the top of the file tree. Any ideas? Thanks

Modify the shortcut you use to launch AutoCAD...change the "Start In" value...

Start In: "\\d22\CADJobs\RA Faganel Builders\"

Then, in AutoCAD, change the "REMEMBERFOLDERS" value from 1 to 0

Code:
Command: rememberfolders

Enter new value for REMEMBERFOLDERS <1>: 0

Command: *Cancel*

I now this is a little off subject. Here we work with many different projects that are labeled with just numbers. I go into my windows favorite folder (C:\Documents and Settings\username\Favorites) and create a folder named shortcuts and then under that folder I create shortcuts to the various projects I'm working on (giving them the project name) So... when I click open icon in autocad I can chose favorites; shortcuts and then the dwg locale I need. Saves a lot of time hunting through project folders.
