Revit Template

I'm just getting into the process of trying to get a useable Revit template set up for us to use.

What sort of things would you put in your template, and what things would you leave out of your template... and why :)

Thanks in advance

Tracey

this is a big question lol, there are 2 views in general with templates.

you have 2 :D

one a very slim cut down version with the very basics in, and one you pull in of your drafting views for when you need them.

the main thing is to get the families all sized up for what you need, so you are not having to resize them when drawing etc. so much so, this is sad..i went through jeld wen and drew all the windows/doors/frames to the sizes (i do a lot of HA work) so i can just select the door im using etc.
