Ponz, I have moved your question to its own thread. In the future, please start a new thread when you have a question, rather than tacking your question on to the end of someone else's thread.

As for your question, please check out the 'Similar Threads' at the bottom of this page, or try using the forum 'Search' utility. This topic has been discussed many times.

If you still need help after reading through the other posts, come back to this thread and ask more questions. But try to be more specific and give as much information and details as you possibly can.

This is a very wide open question. Depends on what you're making the stairs out of, metal, or wood, etc...

Metal spiral stairs are a simple thing to construct. I did one last week for a client which only took about 10 minutes the render took another 15 minutes. Wood stringers are another thing and require more detailing.

Hello Ponz!

Draw the first step. Rotate it with the Copy option and move the copy up with the desired amount.

Repeat the previous steps: always rotate the last created step and rise it. Use the same values for rotation angle and deplacement so that the final stair will be uniform.

For the handrail: draw a spiral and extrude a circle along it.

For one time drawing proceed as described. For repetitive tasks you should use a script or a Lisp routine or something to speed up your work.

Oh, and welcome in the forum!
