Hi Everyone

Can you please help,

I am having problems when i try to activate the Render Enviroment Dialog Box

also when i type in _renderenviroment on the command line.

It just seems to hang there doing nothing until i press the esc. key

I am probably missing something simple.

Can anyone help ?

Many Thanks

Alan

As much as you wouldn't think so it would be helpful to know what version of AutoCAD you're using.

Have you installed the service pack for the version of AutoCAD you are using?

Have you used this feature in the past without a problem?

I am using AutoCad 2010 & 2009. Tried both , still having the same problem .

I will try loading any service packs available

Many Thanks

It sounds like the dialog is opening off screen. Did you previously have a dual monitor setup but now only have one?

Try this:

Hold down Alt and Spacebar then the M key then the Ctrl key and then then use the arrow keys to move the dialog.

Hi Cad64

I am working on a dual monitor , but i did try your suggestion.

No luck, if i type _renderenvironment on the command line, it waits there .

Not allowing me to do anything until i press esc. and then it just goes back

to the normal command prompt.

Thanks for your help, i will come back to it on Monday

Thanks Again
