Thank you for your kind message AQucsaiJr - I get enjoyment from writing the programs, and also learn a lot from making them, so I don't mind if someone else can benefit in the process also.

I have a suggestion for your NumInc file... The AutoNum files has an option of changing the insertion point before placement... I think it might be useful to have that option on the NumInc as well... I know I will use this feature often in the AutoNum.

Nice idea, but the problem is that the NumInc function also has an option for Curve-Alligned Text - which doesn't work too well with different Justifications.

Oh ya... Forgot about that... Oh well... It is still a very good and usable program... Thanks for providing the link... I have already added these two text creation commands to my custom files menu.

    Nice one

Check out the other LISP's in the Archive - there are quite a few useful ones in there

I may have found a problem... I keep getting this error message with the AutoNum LISP:
    Command: AutoNum
    Select Base Point:
<< Error: bad argument type: numberp: nil >>

the dialog box appears... I fill in the information... And when I select a point, that message comes up... I would send you the screen shot of the dialog box filled in but I don't know how.
