How do you store Property Set Definitions??

Now that I'm starting to dive into the PSD's of AutoCAD, along with scheduling to tie in a good set of BOM and just general information from my objects in the drawing model, I got a question.

As I'm reading up on tutorials and discussions about PSD's it seems that when you create custom ones, you'll have to save it in a central file and drag/drop them into each new file you create, correct? I'm just wanting to make sure that I'm storing my PSD's correctly and most effeciently. I have a lot of custom MvParts that I need to associate them with on a continuous basis. Thanks to all for your help in advance.
