Default Excel data sheets into Autocad

I am trying to insert Excel data sheets into an Autocad dwg using the OLE insert to maintain a dynamic link but it only seems to show a limited portion of the document?
It seems to be A4 size, but ideally I would like to see all of the text which extends to 2 or 3 pages.
Is there a setting in Autocad 2002 that needs changingor is it an Excel problem?
Anyone who has any tips or advice to give would be much appreciated.

OLE is very limited in horizontal and vertical directions.
If you want to use OLE you will have to do the entire thing in parts and line them up by eye in CAD.
If you want something that you will manually have to update try AutosXeduLe (see my signature for the link). It will draw any size schedule into Cad.
    Get AutosXeduLe v1.51 here.

Whatever can go wrong, will, and at the most inopportune time.
