thank u for help but when i did what u told me to do the font become to big do u know what is the ratio betweeen the font scale and layout printing scale
You have to find out, trail and error.
Better for you to make a textstyle first, and use this in your dimensionstyle. You can edit the textheight in the textstyle. Also you have to take a look for what's the best. I quess somewhere between 0.1 and 0.8 for the textheight.

In your dimension style (DIMSTYLE) under the text tab set your text height to what you want it to be when printed: 1/8", 3mm, &c. Similarly set the size of your arrows in the lines and arrows tab. Under the Primary Units tab, make sure your measurement scale is set to 1. Under the fit tab, set the overall scale to 3 which is the reciprocal of your 1:3 scale. Everything should be drawn at 1:1 scale in model space. Go ahead and dimension everything normally, then switch to your layout.
Use SCALELISTEDIT to add 1:3 as one of your scale options if it isn't already. Select your viewport and, with the viewport unlocked, specify your 1:3 scale either in the properties palette or from the status bar (right by the lock/unlock icon). Everything should then be set up properly.
Just because you're, doesn't mean wrong is all that's
.
