    If it is a Hatch that you are after, they are known for being quite picky. Granted, I have never done isometric drawings myself - but questions like Are all the lines really joined up? I assume still apply? If there is holes anywhere, the hatch won't be created and you'll get a error message - do you get an error message? What does it say? Is it really a Hatch you are after?

    "BOUNDARY DUPLICATES THE EXISTING BOUNDARY"..THIS IS THE ERROR IT IS SHOWING......

    the second problem indicates to me that you have non-closed lines. Everything needs to be closed. If you use Polylines you can use Join or Pedit->Join to get them properly closed. Otherwise you need to go through every crossing and make sure they lines actually are intersecting or join.

    The error message I have never seen before..

    Sounds like the OP (herself) has two boundaries created when the hatch command was used.
