I need to edit a drawing to mimic a typical standard but the problem i am having right now is getting a line to match the needed linetype. I never created a linetype so I am not sure how to do so.

I am using Autocad MEP 2010 without expresstools Attached is a picture of the desired linetype. (line with 3 box breaks)

I have seen this linetype somewhere before, but can not remember which version it was or is it was an add on linetype.

The linetype phantom is pretty close you could copy it and make a new one change the longer bar spacing increasing it.

*PHANTOM2,Phantom (.5x) ___ _ _ ___ _ _ ___ _ _ ___ _ _

A, 15.875, -3.175, 3.175, -3.175, 3.175, -3.175

try changing the 15.875 to say 60 and make it a pline with a width. You may need a seperate edge line as previously suggested. Our stormwater drains are made up of 3 lines
