Leader text

Hi i'm using inventor 2010, but when i create a drawing and try to enter some text it doesn't appear on screen, the same happens when I try leader text, the arrow shows ok but no text?

Can anyone help

Did it ever work?
Did you try rebooting the machine?
Are you running a certified graphics card/driver?
Did you try going to Tools>Application Options and on Hardware tab set to lowest radio button and restart?

Hi Thanks for the help i'm using on board graphics at the minute but i'm going to go and get a new one. Hopefully this will solve it.

Hi just bought new graphics card and no joy still won't let me enter text. The arrow is fine but no text.

I'm having the same problem with my leader text.
Also unable to enter text using the text icon and unable to edit dimensions ( to add refernce or optional, etc).
I have not had this issue until last week.

Just a suggestion, it might be worth checking the latest Microsoft Updates for any conflicts. I remember the same problem cropping up with Inventor 11. There was an update (KB911819 if memory serves) that caused exactly the same problem. The fix at first was to disable/remove the update. Autodesk sorted it later on with a service pack.
