Ok i'm not familiar with 3d rendering.

Actually i spent the week designing a pump room, i dont use texture, light or camera, this is too much for me actually and i dont have much time.

Basiclly i want to make some viewport with Maximum quality available so i use Rendered (when plotting). everything looks cool except, i need to see the concrete fundation in wireframe i designed many thing in wireframe inside a 3d environement and i need them plotted inside viewport (with maximum quality available)

Please help!

You can't have it both ways. Viewports can only display in one view mode at a time, so you can do Wireframe, or you can do Realistic, but you can't do both at the same time.

My suggestion would be to set your Viewport to Wireframe and then print to pdf. Then set your Viewport to Realistic and print again to pdf. Then open both pdf's in Photoshop and composite the two images.
