(see attached) can acad LT 2008 draw double lines or would i have to use offset to acheive this. i heard acad architectural desktop will draw insulated cavity walls in one swoop & wondered if LT can to a stripped down equivalent. ReMark Posted July 24, 2009 Share Posted July 24, 2009 Thanks. I don't know why AutoDesk insists on not including the Multiline command in LT and elects instead to provide Dline. If you are trying to encourage people to move up to full AutoCAD from LT wouldn't it make sense to keep as many of the commands the same? One would think so, or, leave the command out of LT to entice end-users to upgrade. Although, was nice of AutoDesk to include DLINE in their light version. Who knows? stephenward Posted July 27, 2009 Author Share Posted July 27, 2009 the only problem is... dline seems to turn off osnaps, it's a pain to have to F3 every dline to set osnap manually, is there a work around? not getting much responce for this question elswhere.
