JerryG Posted July 29, 2009 Share Posted July 29, 2009 I have created a corridor and corridor surface (drainage swale) with 2:1 slopes up to my finished grade surface (target). I would like to combine the two surfaces into one. However when I select the Finished grade surface and try and paste the Corridor surface into it. It does not show up on the list as a surface that I can paste. This is because I am using it as the Target surface for my corridor target. Is there a way around this? Thanks!! sinc Posted July 31, 2009 Share Posted July 31, 2009 You can try this: Create another surface. Paste your FG surface into the new surface, then paste your corridor surface into the new surface. I've had good luck with that most of the time. It seems, though, that after surfaces get pasted a couple of times, the original breaklines get "forgotten", and subsequent pastes can lead to undesirable results.
