In ACAD 2008, possible to mirror dynamic blocks?

Hey there,

 

I was wondering if it is possible to mirror a dynamic block action in Autocad 2008.

 

Basically the end result I would like is to be able to click on one grip of the dynamic block to stretch a line in one direction, and then at the same time have that same grip stretch another line in the opposite direction.

 

I'm not sure if it's just not possible to do this or if it is possible and I'm just not seeing how.
