spittle Posted August 12, 2009 Share Posted August 12, 2009 I'm working on some long sectins created by a colleague, they're split into a few dwgs each with a number of tabs as the pipeline is 17km long. Now I need to create some detailed profiles for river and rail crossings and the only option I see is to add the details to the relevant dwg with the profile for that part of the pipe line. this will throw my drawing numbers out of sinc and will involve me adding more information and sheet layouts to dwgs that are already quite large. So I'm wondering is there a way around this? It's a shame you can't use profiles as Data Shortcuts as could then just link the profile to a new dwg containing all of my detailed profile views.
