continuous lines not continuous

I have a dwg with a title block and floor plan xreffed in. All the lines that should be continuos off of the xreffes are not continuous They look like the phantom linetype. all the lines drawn in the dwg using continuous are fine. Thos same xreffs are xreffed into another dwg with no problems. any suggestions? (they both appear on screen and plot)

Can you supply a screen print?

The layer that you placed the xref onto, is it's linetype set to be phantom ?

layer not set to phantom the top one has the issues the bottom one shows what it should look like. both off the same .dwg file different layouts same layer

Is it possible you may have set the lines to phantom? Check the properties just to be sure. Have you also tired typing "REGEN"?

fixed it, NBC you were right the layer was set to phantom, somehow ended up with two layers for my border border2008065 and border200865 didnt notice the difference at first. thanks for the help
