Weird cursor with AutoCAD 2009 and MX700 mouse

I'm not sure if this is an AutoCAD issue or a mouse issue. I just got a new computer at work with AutoCAD 2009 on it and I'm using an MX700 mouse (the same setup I was using on an older computer, just upgraded computer). Now whenever I click the scroll button to input a command (use the "endpoint" command in AutoCAD) I get the cursor that I have attached. Can anyone give me any direction as to whether this is a mouse or AutoCAD issue and how to fix it?

Isn't that something that you can customize through your mouse's software? If you don't have it loaded on your newer computer, the mouse will just work off the default mouse software.
