Noahma
BINGO!!!! Got it, instead of creating the block, then the multi-view block to create the tag follow these steps 1. create the texts you need to call the properties from the property set as you have done in your first post. 2. go to the format menu under the big A 3. click on "Define Schedule Tag" 4. select your texts you created in step 1. 5. Give your tag the name you will use. when you click OK it will ask you for the insertion point. 6. this will now create your tag. To set more anno scales, right click on the tag and go to the "annotative object scale" fly out and then click on Add / Delete scales. You will now have fully annotative tags for your plans. Took me a bit to find, a few months ago I was just reading about and found the tag creation part, but forgot about it until I had entered the out of the box tag. dcandmc
I appreciate all your help. It does work with just small adjustments. The Block must be created at the right scale. Sorry can't tell you what that is. I just created one and then scale referenced down the attributes and then it came out perfect.
