    Default Dimension problem

Registered forum members do not see this ad.

    Hi All,
When I take a dimension on the drawing the result only shows up to 2 decimal places. How can I change it so my results are more accurate, I would like the result to be to 3 decimal places. (e.g ..151)

    Thanks in advance
    Mac.

From the mene select Format>Dimension Style
Select the current dimension style and click on modify.
On the Primary Units tab select the drop-down box "Precision" and change it to 0.000

check you dimension style|primary units|precision setting.

there is a variable you can change to achieve the same result but its worth browsing the dimension style dialogue box to get familiar with what you can change.
