Aligned Dimensions to Rotated ?

Is it possible to change Aligned dimensions into Rotated just by simply modifying Entity of Aligned dimensions?

 

I noticed that Aligned differes from rotated in following:

rotated has following propertyes:

 

(50. angle)

(70. 0) while aligned has (70. 1)

(100. "acdb_rotateddimensions") while Aligned doesnt have this item

 

Changing this values in entity of aligned dimensions with subst and entmod has no effect.
