Exporting .pdf text to an editable .xls to use in acad

I have acrobat pro with OCR capabilities, I have data on pdf and I need it for an acad BOM, Lots of text so typing is not an option, is anyone familiar with the exporting a pdf from Adobe Pro to Excel using OCR (it needs to be 'Live" text) Please advise

Problem is I can get the text converted however the original scan is of poor quality, so the output is full of typos. I increased the quality of the pdf, however still lots of formay issues. advise is welcomed
