simple dwg to pdf question

When I use this the orientation is always wrong.

I want to pdf a legend which would fit best on A4 in portrait mode.

However, when I use the window to select the area it spins it through 90 degrees so it only occupiers the middle third on the sheet.

So I select A4 landscape... and frustratingly this time it doesn't spin the print area so again the image only occupies the middle third.

Can anybody help ?

We have about 4 PDf writers each does something slightly different, we have a drawing(s) manual that is sent out after much @#$%%^ we now plot them upside down so that when you print and bind, they are perfect bound edge is where we want it

instead of changing your to a1 landscape check out the bottom right side of the plot dialog box, you can change the orientation there
