NBC
type the below into the commandline; and it should reveal the location of acad.pgp: (findfile "acad.pgp")

rkent
In the Ribbon, Manage, Customization, Edit Aliases. Other wise if the menu is showing, it is still under Tools, Customize, Edit Program Parameters. Two different names, way to go Autodesk. rkent
Wait, you mean you moved the acad.pgp to your desktop? I am not too sure that will work unless AutoCAD can find the file in its search paths. No need to move it when it is two or three clicks away from editing from AutoCAD's menu / Ribbon.
