Exclamation Locked out of Manage Visibility States Dialogue

Registered forum members do not see this ad.

I work a lot with Dynamic Blocks, and for some reason, just recently I am now unable to open the "Manage Visibility States" Dialogue Box in the block editor.

I hit the shortcut button (or type the Command bvstate), and the entire program freezes as if there is a dialogue box open and you can't change the focus back to the main window, except that there is no open dialogue box. Clicking anywhere gives that annoying "Ding" sound, and the only way to get back is to hit escape...

Has anyone ever seen this issue, or something similar with a different dialogue? I am afraid that my recent install of Microsoft Office 2007 has caused some problems...

    Thanks for any help.
