Toolbar Icons are Smiley Faces

I have a third party toolbar that the icons are smiley faces. All buttons work ,but would like to find out how to fix this . any help?

Make sure that the folder that has the bitmaps in it is in your Support File Search Path.

hey what software is this? id like to give it a shot. or maybe install it on my coworker's computers hahahahaha.

watch them get all pissed off because they cant find the tool the need lol.
