CadKid
Ever since Autodesk made it to where you can type your commands at the crosshairs, ive never liked it and always change it to where i type at the command line only. Well now that im on 2010, for some reason i make "OSNAPCOORD" on "1" it still types my commands at the crosshairs, its like to doesnt work. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? I'd like to be able to type at the Command line at all times. 0 Running object snap settings override keyboard coordinate entry 1 Keyboard entry overrides object snap settings 2 Keyboard entry overrides object snap settings except in scripts Would the problem be under my Drafting settings? I think i fixed my problem "Dynmode" set to 3, changed it to "0" fixed the issue

CadKid
Well when my work first got 2010 up, we had issues ploting large aerial photos, we would always run out of memory and it would shut down Autocad, which was unusual cause everyone had 4g's of ram. did some searching and found out the Autodesk put out 2 commands "Rasterpercent" and Rasterthreshold" They were both set to 20 changed the percent to 90% and the threshold to 100mb memory problem was fixed i must say those 2 commands sound pretty worthless if you ask me. waydawn
Can anyone help me with snaps connections to pipe and ftgs, can't seem to get a grip of it. The blue connection points dont seem to work with snaps on endpoint or node
