Default Publish multiple layouts to PDF

Registered forum members do not see this ad.

I am attempting to publish several layouts into one single PDF. All layouts have the plotter set to Adobe PDF and when I publish it appears to work fine. Once it plots the first page it asks for a location to save the PDF to. I specify a location and then the plot process continues with the remaining layouts. However when it is finished and I open the new PDF file it only shows the first page. I am running Autocad Civil 3d 2009

You are using the PUblish command? And you have all the layouts listed in the dialogue?
    I blame the fish!

Yes, all the layouts are in the dialogue. When I tab off the plot in background tab and watch the process actually occur on my screen it appears that the other pages are written. I just can't find them as they are not part of the file I specified.

I had the same problems with Adobe. We switched to Cute PDF - all's well now.

After playing with things for a while I found the problem. I need to use the DWG to PDF plotter instead of the Adobe PDF plotter.

I've had problems with DWG to PDF also, I'd recommend you test well.

BTW- CutePDF is free... There are others also.
