What do you mean by illustration?

 

If you wanted to draw this up is AutoCAD you could. I'm not saying that it would be the best software to do it in though. The wood display case wouldn't be a problem. Even the images in the three panels could be attached. The cases of beer probably could be done as well but I'm not 100% sure on how. There are some very talented people here that could provide you with advice on how to go about doing it though.

 

What is the purpose of doing this?
