WRONG DISASSOCIATED DIMENSIONS in REF-Edit

Hello every body:

I am dimensioning my drawing in which I have been working with blocks, and ref-editing them. Whenever I close the block I am working into, while dimensioning, a few dimensions which I have already disassociated, get away form their original position. Also if I get into the block again, and I look for the dimensions that should be disassociated already, they are reassociated back again without have doing anything.
