Retain hyperlinks when plotting to PDF?

Is there a way to transfer hyperlinks created in model space to PDF when printing from a layout? I've tried using Bluebeam CAD edition, which does have an option for transferring links, but it only transfers links created in paper space, and not the ones in my viewport.

I doubt the *.pdf will carry the hyperlinks.

I use Adobe Pro and add the links to the *.pdf drawing file.

Works excellent.

You can add links, as many as desired, to any 'n all documents including *.pdf drawing files, Word documents, spread sheets, you name it.
