gilsoto13
Hi, Everyone I am embarassed that I have tried a few things to solve a problem in an Autocad 2009 on a Windows xp It does not prompt to save any drawing after a change has been made... it just saves it... I searched a bit to find out what's causing it... but I haven´t tried too many things.. I read about the variable DBMOD, but it's read only, I cannot change its value... I have reinstalled it twice... but the problem remains... So, before I finish writing this thread, i just moved myself to install autocad 2008... and the problem does not appear...so it works now... but in case someone knows what could be the problem.. let me know... I might try using autocad 2010 instead...

We have installed the CL-DWGman.arx for drawing tabs... but it is configurable.... so In the options... someone may change the option... Closing file---- "always save" ... or "prompt me" thas solved it...
