Automatically inserted block selected layer points only

Hi Friends,

I’m working on a topographic dwg in AutoCAD 2008; daily as per topo survey I inserted number (electric, trees, telephonic box…) of blocks around 15 layers. I’m using (INODE) LISP program for inserted blocks, when I use this lisp for inserting blocks; block inserted (all layer points) all points in drawing.Plz help anyone (LISP) to insert block selected layer points only.
