SketchUp Information

Recommended Posts

I've only recently started working with SketchUp but I am really impressed with it. It's more intuitive than AutoCAD but it uses a lot of the same moves. For example, if you like object snap tracking in AutoCAD, you can use the same technique in Sketchup.

Take a look at the SketchUp website for details. There's even a time limited trial version to download.

The application is also supported by some great video tutorials to get you going.

My uncle showed me plans an a model for his new house with it, cool.

And the free viewer is good as well.

Replace Sketchup with Inventor in your paragraph and that was a me a yr ago.
